Recently I had a difficult time
to connect internet into my desktop, while wanting to use
the internet connection from my laptop. My laptop has internet
via a wireless Cingular aircard. I knew it was not going to
be an easy process, but I bought an Ethernet Crossover cable
and called THE SUPPORT GROUP. They helped me step by step
to establish this complicated connection. I would have gone
to an electronics store to ask for help, but since I am constantly
on the road traveling, it was much easier and faster for me
to call and get the help I needed. Thank You for your time

"send and receive" all over again. Did not leave

Dell Inspiron 6000, DVD sound
working, no other sound working
I couldn't get any sounds or music on my Dell laptop. At 11:30
p.m., I was at my wit's end, and very frustrated. That's when
I called The Support Group. They led me through several steps,
downloading a new sound driver, and uninstalling the old one.
They fixed my problem within 20 minutes. I will never ever
call Dell tech again, and will always call The Support Group
for all my computer issues. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The network connection was fading
in and out. The Support Group checked everything, I had 1000
registry errors and 43 spy wares. We installed the original
main board drivers, but the network card was still displaying
the same fade in / fade out symptoms, a packet loss of 10
percent. We finally came to the conclusion that I have to
buy a new network card.
