Recently I had a difficult time to connect internet into my desktop, while wanting to use the internet connection from my laptop. My laptop has internet via a wireless Cingular aircard. I knew it was not going to be an easy process, but I bought an Ethernet Crossover cable and called THE SUPPORT GROUP. They helped me step by step to establish this complicated connection. Dell Inspiron 6000, DVD sound working, no other sound working
I couldn't get any sounds or music on my Dell laptop. At 11:30 p.m., I was at my wit's end, and very frustrated. That's when I called The Support Group. The network connection was fading in and out. The Support Group checked everything, I had 1000 registry errors and 43 spy wares. We installed the original main board drivers, but the network card was still displaying the same fade in / fade out symptoms, a packet loss of 10 percent. We finally came to the conclusion that I have to buy a new network card.
