We are dedicated to solve
all problems and take great pride in it, but the terms
of service make sure that we are not held responsible
for issues beyond our control. Excluded from our guarantee
are the following scenarios:
1. You only want to get
technical advice over the phone (and not via remote
connection).
2. The hardware is defective.
3. License key codes or
software CDs are missing.
4. You end the tech support
session before the technician is finished troubleshooting
the problem.
Virus, Spyware and Malware
removal: We guarantee the removal of Spyware, Malware
and Viruses. If we cannot remove all viruses, pop ups,
spyware, or Adware due to circumstances beyong our cvontrol,
we will only charge you our minimum $29 diagnostic fee
regardless of time spent.
Since we can not x-ray
your computer, we do not know the damage viruses, spyware
and malware has done to your operating system. Meaning
that files might have been corrupted or the registry
corrupted. If certain parts of the operating system
do not work after the complete removal of viruses, spyware
or malware, there is no guarantee at all for that.
Estimates from The Support
Group are binding, meaning we do not charge you more
even if it takes several hours over our estimate.
Availability of Services
Planned availability of
tech support services is on a 24/7, 365 days a year
basis, but The Support Group shall not be held responsible
for circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not
limited to, telecommunications, payment processing or
equipment failure, that may interfere with the delivery
of service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL The Support Group BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY SPECIAL,
GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING
FROM NEGLIGENT OR CRIMINAL ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES, LOSS
OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR COMPUTER HARDWARE
OR SOFTWARE DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY OF
TECH SUPPORT SERVICES BY The Support Group
TECHNICIANS. IN NO EVENT SHALL The Support Group BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED
TO THIRD PARTY RESOURCES SUGGESTED BY The Support Group TECHNICIANS IN THE DELIVERY OF TECH SUPPORT
SERVICES.
NO WARRANTIES
The Support Group
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATED. CUSTOMERS
USE THIS SERVICE AT THEIR OWN RISK. The Support Group
reserves the right to deny service to any customer,
because of not appropriate behavior or because of a
charge back history with The Support Group.
The Support Group,
Inc. (provider of the Service) respects the privacy
of its 100 Percent Satisfaction customers and agrees
that all customer supplied Personal Information, including
name, address, phone number, email address, credit card
or other such information, shall be used by The Support Group, Inc. for the sole purpose of providing
tech support services and for customer satisfaction
associated with such services.
Privacy
The Support Group
(provider of the Service) agrees not to share, sell,
lease, rent or otherwise make customer information available
for any use to any Third Party unless to comply with
a court order or other legal process. The Support Group
